Personal Training, for me, is helping my clients/friends live their very best life. That may mean the strength to lift the grandchild, the flexibility to take care of the gardening, the endurance to run that race, or the fortitude to take on an unexpected challenge.

Strength and Conditioning

I’ve studied fitness and conditioning for my entire adult life.  My first training certification is through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  I love helping people become strong, balanced, and healthy.

Complex Situations

I have a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification.  Also I’ve reached Happy Human’s highest trainer level.  This means I’m good at problem solving and I’m good a customizing solutions to fit exactly your body and lifestyle.

Working with Seniors

A good percentage of clients are 75+.  I really enjoy the rewards that come with increasing the active longevity of my clients. 

Nutrition and Wellness

I’m also an AFPA Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant.  I’m happy to help you figure out how to fuel your body to reach your fitness goals.

We think you are going to love working with Happy Human.  And we know that it can daunting to sign up for a program before you’ve met your trainer in person.  So cancel anytime before your 4th session.  You’ll get a FULL refund of all payments to that point.  No questions asked.  No messing around.  No kidding.

  • Support – workout design and general support for days when you don’t meet with your trainer.

  • Virtual Classes – All Happy Human clients, on any plan, get free access to our schedule of virtual classes.  This is $75 to $100 per month value!
You are paying for a regular weekly time (or a series of regular times).  Your trainer will get in touch with you to find a day and time that works for you.

If you can’t meet at your regularly scheduled time, please contact your trainer. We may be able to reschedule. We cannot guarantee that there will be a slot available. But we will do our best!

You can get company credit for any cancelled sessions.

Cancel 24-hrs ahead of your regularly scheduled time.  Then fill out a quick online form to get your credit.   Your credit will automatically be applied to your next payment.

No problem!  Just let us or your trainer know you’d like to pause your plan until you return.

Yes! We love working with 2-person teams. It’s just $10 more per session as it does make for extra planning time for the trainer. Please select training with a partner as an ‘add-on’ when you checkout.

Your card will be charged on the first Monday after you sign up.  Then it will be charged every other Monday.

Not at all. Just let us know if you decide to stop and we’ll cancel your payments.
