She is very knowledgeable and listens and cares about what your body has been through, its unique set of circumstances, and finds ways to help you do work that will make it feel much better. We’ve been focusing areas that will created more stability and balance and by the end of the first month I could do things I was previously nervous about, like opening a sticky window because I thought I’d throw my back out- I don’t worry about that anymore. Most of the things we do are slow and very intentional and really focus on correct movement to make sure I’m getting the most out of the work I’m putting in. It’s not overwhelming, I never feel like I’m dying. Don’t get me wrong, we push me and I work hard, but it never feels too hard or not do able. It feels sustainable and I’m learning a lot, even though I’ve been in and out of the fitness world over the years myself.

Yes! We love working with 2-person teams. It’s just $10 more per session as it does make for extra planning time for the trainer. Please select training with a partner as an ‘add-on’ when you checkout.
