Once you decide to start, we’ll send a secure link to enter your payment info. Then we set up a plan based on how many sessions per week you’d like. Every other Monday, we charge your card for the upcoming two weeks. That’s it. No invoices to track, no checks to write. If you cancel a session with enough notice, we’ll credit you for it. And if things ever change, just let us know. You’re in control.

Payment shouldn’t be confusing or stressful. You want to know exactly what to expect, and feel confident you’re not signing up for something you can’t get out of. That’s fair. We’ve heard from clients who were burned by long-term gym contracts or confusing hidden fees. That’s not how we do things.
