My favorite thing about personal training is making a real measurable difference in someone’s life. Goals are good! I particularly love to train people for a specific event in which they want to look or feel their best.

Train for an event

I hold a degree in Exercise Science from the College of St. Catherine. I’m certified through the Titleist Performance Institute and Functional Movement Systems. I’ve learned how to methodically train your body for a goal you’d like to achieve. Whether that is a to run a 10k, get ready for ski season, or to look your best for you wedding.

Develop excellent fitness habits

I have 20 years experience as personal fitness trainer. In that time, I have have had ample opportunity to see what works and what doesn’t to develop good habits. Strong habits build a strong and healthy body.

Improve your golf swing

Golfers will benefit the most from a healthy and efficient body. To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of current swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and a client history. The results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. Get screened, get better!

After Governor Walz announcement of a shelter in place order we aren’t offering in-home personal training.  We can offer remote training.  And we can offering training outside in local parks (exercise outside with proper social distancing is aloud during shelter in place).

We are complying with the shelter in place order. We are encouraging our community to help slow the spread of the epidemic however they can.  We are offering a free morning workout to anyone who wants to join to keep their spirits up, their bodies fit, and their immunity strong.

We have just the thing!  Join us every morning at 8:30am (Monday through Saturday) for a live online workout.  We are also throwing in a little meditation and daily tip on how to help us all get through this.  The series is called Move, Meditate, and Make a Difference.  Fill out the form above to receive an invite.  Can’t make it at 8:30am?  No problem – follow along with us at our Youtube channel.  The daily event will be posted by about 10am.
