Personal Training, for me, is becoming the cornerstone of my client's fitness life. And that means listening so that I can prepare the best possible plan. A plan that addresses the unique physical and emotional challenges of each individual.

Movement Quality

My primary interest as a trainer is seeing my clients move more efficiently.  This could mean less pain.  It could mean improved performance in physical hobbies.  Or it could mean easier time keeping up with the grandkids.

Complex Situations

I am currently pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy.  So I’m a great choice for post-PT rehab. Also I’m good at modifying a program specific to your body and medical history.  I’ve worked with clients who’ve had arthritis, knee surgery, hip surgery, ankle surgery, stenosis and many more.

Working with Seniors

I have trained dozens of seniors in my time as a personal trainer.  I enjoy seeing the amazing benefits that come with improved strength, cardiovascular health and balance.

Outdoor Athletes

I do enjoy a good climb, particularly bouldering.  I love training people who are working goals related to outdoor activities.

We think you are going to love working with Happy Human.  And we know that it can daunting to sign up for a program before you’ve met your trainer in person.  So cancel anytime before your 4th session.  You’ll get a FULL refund of all payments to that point.  No questions asked.  No messing around.  No kidding.

You are paying for a regular weekly time (or a series of regular times).  Your trainer will get in touch with you to find a day and time that works for you.

If you can’t meet at your regularly scheduled time, please contact your trainer. We may be able to reschedule. We cannot guarantee that there will be a slot available. But we will do our best!

You can get company credit for any cancelled sessions.

Cancel 24-hrs ahead of your regularly scheduled time.  Then fill out a quick online form to get your credit.   Your credit will automatically be applied to your next payment.

No problem!  Just let us or your trainer know you’d like to pause your plan until you return.

Yes! We love working with 2-person teams. It’s just $10 more per session as it does make for extra planning time for the trainer. Please select training with a partner as an ‘add-on’ when you checkout.

Your card will be charged on the first Monday after you sign up.  Then it will be charged every other Monday.

Not at all. Just let us know if you decide to stop and we’ll cancel your payments.
