Aerobic Fitness

In addition to being a personal trainer I am also a Jazzercise instructor. This means I know all about aerobic fitness and how to get your heart rate safely up into its sweet spot.

Working with Challenges

I love working with people with diverse fitness challenges, including seniors, individuals with disabilities or other health conditions, and those who haven’t been active in a long time. I truly thrive when tasked with creating entirely new approaches to individual challenges.

I like to focus on creating detailed fitness programs that are tailored to each of my clients, helping them set and achieve attainable fitness goals.

Fun Fitness

From teaching Jazzercise to leading Karaoke events, I really enjoy giving people a good time. And why not have that include my personal training sessions?  I promise to show up to each training session with a lot of energy and ready to make fitness fun!

We think you are going to love working with Happy Human.  And we know that it can daunting to sign up for a program before you’ve met your trainer in person.  So cancel anytime before your 4th session.  You’ll get a FULL refund of all payments to that point.  No questions asked.  No messing around.  No kidding.

  • Support – workout design and general support for days when you don’t meet with your trainer.

  • Virtual Classes – All Happy Human clients, on any plan, get free access to our schedule of virtual classes.  This is $75 to $100 per month value!
You are paying for a regular weekly time (or a series of regular times).  Your trainer will get in touch with you to find a day and time that works for you.
Any major credit card. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

If you can’t meet at your regularly scheduled time, please contact your trainer. We may be able to reschedule. We cannot guarantee that there will be a slot available. But we will do our best!

You can get company credit for any cancelled sessions.

Cancel 24-hrs ahead of your regularly scheduled time.  Then fill out a quick online form to get your credit.   Your credit will automatically be applied to your next payment.

No problem!  Just let us or your trainer know you’d like to pause your plan until you return.

Yes! We love working with 2-person teams. It’s just $10 more per session as it does make for extra planning time for the trainer. Please select training with a partner as an ‘add-on’ when you checkout.

Your card will be charged on the first Monday after you sign up.  Then it will be charged every other Monday.

Not at all. Just let us know if you decide to stop and we’ll cancel your payments.
