Can my husband (wife/partner/friend/neighbor) join?

Quick Answer...

Yes, and we love when that happens. We’re happy to include a partner, friend, or family member in your sessions. It adds fun, motivation, and a little extra accountability.

let's keep it simple.

Yes, someone else can join your session. As long as the space allows and you’re both comfortable, it’s a great way to share the experience. There is a small additional fee, just to make sure we’re keeping things fair for our trainers, but it’s still a very personal and low-pressure environment. No extra fuss—just more good movement, together.

why it matters.

For many people, working out feels less intimidating and more fun when it’s done together. Whether it’s your spouse, a neighbor, or your best friend, moving together can make it easier to stay consistent and committed. It can also help calm some of the anxiety that comes with starting something new.

how happy human does it.

We take a friendly, no-pressure approach to partner training. We tailor the session to meet both of your needs, and we’re careful to keep things safe and effective for each person. You don’t have to be at the same fitness level or have the same goals. We’ll meet you where you both are. And because we’re coming to your home, there’s no gym drama or distractions—just focused support in a familiar space.
