We totally understand wanting to double-check your form. But Happy Human isn’t really set up for one-off sessions. Our approach is all about building trust and consistency so your workouts work for you long-term. That takes time—at least a couple of months working together. We’re happy to check your form, of course, but we do it within a bigger plan tailored just for you.

Wanting a quick form check is totally valid. It shows you care about doing things right and avoiding injury. But here’s the thing: form is just one piece of a much bigger puzzle. If your body has movement limitations, strength imbalances, or pain, a quick look won’t solve much. The good news? You don’t have to fix it all at once. You just have to start.

At Happy Human, we don’t sell packages or lock people into contracts. But we do ask our clients to come in with a mindset of real change. Our trainers come to your home, get to know your body, and guide you with kindness and precision. We usually recommend committing to at least two months.
