Do trainers supply equipment?

Quick Answer...

Yes, our trainers can bring equipment if you want it—but it’s totally optional. We can teach you how to get strong with just your body and the space you already have at home.

real people. real homes. real change.

(every quote below is from someone who trained right in their living room.)

“I didn’t think I had enough at home, but it turns out I didn’t need much.”
“I’m stronger than I thought I could be without using weights.”
“She brought a few things that made it more fun.”

let's keep it simple.

You don’t need to buy a bunch of stuff to start training. If you already have some equipment, great—we’ll show you how to use it. If you don’t, that’s totally fine. We can create a whole plan using bodyweight movements, household items, or a few light pieces the trainer can bring along. Our goal is to make your space work for you, not the other way around.

why it matters.

We hear this question a lot. Many people feel unsure about whether they have “the right setup” to start. It’s a totally fair concern. No one wants to feel unprepared. But the truth is, getting started with personal training has less to do with your equipment, and more to do with your goals and willingness to try.

how happy human does it.

At Happy Human, we meet you where you are—literally and figuratively. If you want equipment, we can bring options like resistance bands, light weights, or balance tools. But we don’t expect you to have a home gym or go buy anything. We can work with a yoga mat, a stair step, even a wall or a sturdy chair. We design workouts to fit your space and comfort level. No pressure, no judgment, just what works best for you.
