Do you provide nutrition guidance or meal planning?

Quick Answer...

We don’t offer formal nutrition plans, but we’re happy to support you within our scope. Some of our trainers have nutrition certifications and can offer light guidance alongside your workouts.

real people. real homes. real change.

let's keep it simple.

We don’t do detailed meal plans or give medical nutrition advice. That’s the role of a licensed dietitian. However, if you’re looking for small, doable nutrition changes to support your fitness goals, some of our trainers can help with that. You can even request a trainer who holds a nutrition certification.

why it matters.

A lot of people assume personal training includes meal plans. And it makes sense—fitness and food go hand in hand. But not all advice is created equal, and the line between support and overstepping is important. You deserve guidance that stays in its lane and works in coordination with the rest of your wellness team.

how happy human does it.

We believe in staying grounded and professional. Most personal trainers aren’t licensed to give in-depth nutrition advice, and we respect that boundary. If you want to work on nutrition, we can pair you with a trainer who has relevant credentials, and who knows how to offer light, practical suggestions. Nothing extreme. Nothing rigid. We’re also happy to coordinate with a registered dietitian or other professional you trust.
