This is a substantial investment for me. What exactly am I committing to when I start?

Quick Answer...

You’re only committing to your first two weeks of training. We ask you to mentally think in two-month chunks, but financially, it starts small. And if you change your mind, we offer a full refund anytime before your fourth session begins.

real people. real homes. real change.

“I never felt locked in.”
“Amber was so helpful and honest about pricing.”
“It felt really low-pressure, which I appreciated.”
“They made it so easy to start.”

let's keep it simple.

When you start with Happy Human, your only financial commitment is your first two weeks. If you’re doing one session a week, that means just two sessions. We don’t ask you to pay for a month or sign a contract. You can also get a full refund for any reason before your fourth session starts. We do ask you to mentally commit to giving it two months so you can see real progress, but we keep the actual payments low-pressure and flexible.

why it matters.

If you’re like most of our clients, you’ve felt burned before by gyms, memberships, or trainers that promised too much and delivered too little. It makes sense to be cautious. Starting something new should feel exciting—not stressful. Knowing you can start small and adjust as you go helps take the pressure off.

how happy human does it.

At Happy Human, we’re more interested in building a long-term relationship than locking you into something you’re not ready for. That’s why we only ask for a two-week payment up front. No contracts. No hidden fees. And if you ever feel like it’s not working for you before session four, we’ll return your money. Our trainers are clear, honest, and here to help you build momentum—not guilt.

What's Next?

If you’re curious but cautious, that’s completely normal. Your next step is to find your trainer. Or if you have a few more questions, call our head trainer Amber at 612-810-0373. She may not answer right away, but leave a message—she always calls back.
