Each personal training session with Happy Human is a full hour. That includes time to check in, warm up, move your body, and wrap up well. Your trainer is with you the whole time and adapts each session based on how you’re feeling that day. Some days might be more about strength work or balance, other days might focus on mobility, stretching, or even talking through habit shifts. It’s always personalized.
