Is there a minimum commitment period after starting?

Quick Answer...

No, there’s no required minimum or legal contract. We do encourage giving yourself about two months so your body can adapt and you can truly see progress.

let's keep it simple.

You’re never stuck in a contract with Happy Human. We want you to feel at ease—so we don’t require a minimum number of sessions. We do gently encourage a personal commitment of about two months. That’s because it takes time for your body to adapt and for you to get a fair sense of what’s changing. Most people find this gives them the best shot at feeling and seeing real progress.

why it matters.

This is a completely reasonable question, especially if you’ve felt pressured or trapped by gyms or other programs in the past. You deserve to move at your own pace, and it’s natural to want to know what you’re signing up for. We believe you should feel free to focus on your well-being, not on a contract.

how happy human does it.

At Happy Human, we keep things simple and honest. There’s no legal commitment and no hidden catch—just real people working with you, session by session. We’ll encourage you to commit to yourself, not to us. Two months is a healthy window for your mind and body to settle into a new routine. If you need more flexibility, we’ll work with you. Our focus is always on what feels right and sustainable for you.
