Six months is a great runway. When you train consistently, eat intentionally, and get enough rest, your body responds. You might notice your waistline shrinking, your energy rising, and your confidence growing.
That said, “tummy fat” isn’t something we can target directly. Fat loss happens across the body, and where it shows up first (or last) varies from person to person. Our goal is to help you feel amazing in your clothes, your photos, and most importantly—in your own skin.
It’s completely normal to want to feel your best before a big life event. Weddings often bring up body worries, especially around areas like the stomach. The good news?
