Yes it will still work — and this is actually how most of our clients get started. All you need is a little bit of space, and we’ll bring everything else you need to succeed.

let's keep it simple.

You don’t need to have a home gym or own any equipment. Truly.

Our trainers bring what’s needed — from bands to kettlebells to portable tools like TRX straps. And many exercises don’t need anything at all beyond your own body and a bit of floor space.

A yoga mat-sized area is plenty. And if you’ve got more room, great — we’ll use it. But if not, no worries. We’ve trained clients in hallways, living rooms, and even by the bed.

It’s easy to think “I’m not ready” if your house doesn’t look like a fitness studio. But that’s not how this works.

You don’t need fancy gear or a setup that looks like a commercial gym. That belief can hold people back from ever getting started — and we don’t want that for you.

We design workouts around you — your body, your goals, and your space.

Each of our trainers carries a customized toolkit of portable gear that’s selected based on your needs. If equipment is helpful, we bring it. If not, we use your own bodyweight and smart movement choices.

And if you’re worried your space isn’t “right” — please don’t be. We’ve worked in small rooms, cluttered basements, and places with pets and grandkids running around. No judgment. We’re here to help, not to evaluate your furniture.
