During or after your session, your trainer can suggest simple add-ons: when to move, how much, and what kind. You don’t have to remember it all—we often write it down or text it to you. We’ll keep it manageable and tailor it to your needs. Some clients want a full plan, others just want 1-2 ideas for in-between days. Either way, we adjust to you.
