I’m recovering from a stroke. Can you come to my care center to see me?

Quick Answer...

Yes, we can. If you live in a care center in the Twin Cities area, we’re happy to come to you. Our goal is to meet you where you are—literally and physically.

real people. real homes. real change.

(every quote below is from someone who trained right in their living room.)

“They came right to me. That was huge.”
“Felt like a real partnership. Not pushy, just kind.”
“Met me exactly where I was.”

let's keep it simple.

If you’re in a care center, you can still work with us. We already serve clients in assisted living, memory care, and rehab facilities. We coordinate with your care team and follow any mobility or medical guidelines in place. All we need is a little space and your green light to come in. It doesn’t have to be fancy. A quiet corner or a common room works just fine.

why it matters.

Recovery after a stroke is a tender, personal process. Feeling isolated or stuck in one place shouldn’t mean you lose access to care that helps you feel stronger and more hopeful. It’s completely valid to ask if someone will come to you—and we will. Your location doesn’t have to be a barrier.

how happy human does it.

We make house calls, and care center calls. Our trainers are kind, trauma-informed professionals who know how to adapt sessions for stroke recovery, mobility limitations, and fluctuating energy levels. We bring any needed equipment with us and follow your pace. We stay in touch with your care staff (with your permission) so that everyone’s on the same page. Our approach is slow, consistent, and deeply respectful.
